This website is operated by DGMA Construction, LLC, doing business as Nacey Painting. We serve commercial painting clients in the Salt Lake region and surrounding communities.

When you contact us or request a bid, you may submit your name, company, email address, phone number, location, project scope, scheduling details, messages, photographs or other files you choose to attach.

How we use that information

We use information submitted through our website to review projects, respond to inquiries, develop estimates, communicate with prospective and existing customers, provide painting services, and maintain appropriate business records.

Service providers and sharing

Our website and linked bid request form use service providers, including Wix, to receive and process inquiries and attachments. Other providers supporting business email and recordkeeping may process information as needed to support those services. We may also disclose information as required by law or when appropriate for an ongoing business engagement. We do not sell the contact information submitted through our bid request form.

Documents and confidential plans

Please contact us before uploading confidential drawings, security plans or other sensitive documents. We can coordinate an appropriate sharing method for those files. Do not include payment-card details or other sensitive personal information in the general inquiry form.

Our website and the linked Wix-hosted form may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality, security and performance. When you leave our website for a form or other third-party service, that provider may also have its own privacy practices.

Retention and requests

We keep records as reasonably necessary for estimates, customer communications, business operations and legal obligations. To ask about information you provided, request a correction or discuss deletion where applicable, email info@naceypainting.com.
